Majority of bank branches open Easter Monday

TORONTO – The Canadian Bankers Association is reminding Canadians that all bank branches will be closed on Friday, April 6 for the Good Friday statutory holiday. The majority of branches will be open on April 9, Easter Monday, during their regular branch hours, with the exception of branches in Nunavut which will be closed for a territorial holiday.
- Friday, April 6, 2007 (Good Friday): All branches closed.
- Monday, April 9, 2007 (Easter Monday): Nunavut branches closed. All other branches open for business with regular branch hours.
Branch openings on Saturday, April 7 and Sunday, April 8 may vary. Check with the individual branch directly for information on hours of operation.
